Dr. Shikha Jain is a keen researcher and scholar, residing in Mumbai. She had obtained her Ph-D. in the field of Public Administration in the year 2013. She had qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lectureship, UGC, in the year 2007. She is a recipient of fellowship from ICSSR. She has authored several articles and research papers published in reputed national journals and books. She also co-authored a book ‘Patna Parichay’ in 2013.
