Shyam Taneja is a science graduate from Rajasthan University followed by Degree in Electrical Engineering with Honors from University of Roorkee (now IIT). He is an alumnus IIM, Ahmedabad.
He has vast experience of working in various organisations at myriad positions as starting as a Trainee to a Managing Director. For the last more than two decades he has founded ‘Unnati’ with a mission of making a difference to the life touched. ‘Unnati’ works with small & medium size organisations for helping the entrepreneurs enhance the Quality of Life and Business Performance. ‘Unnati’ conducts unique programmes of leadership development through process that blends Eastern philosophies of spirituality and Scientific experiments & discoveries of the West.
आई.आई.टी. रुड़की से इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियरिंग में ऑनर्स के साथ स्नातक किया। आई.आई.एम, अहमदाबाद के छात्र रहे। प्रशिक्षु से प्रबंध निदेशक के पद पर बढ़ते हुए विभिन्न संस्थाओं में काम किया। लोगों में नेतृत्व गुण के विकास और प्रगति द्वारा विकास के लिए स्थापित असंख्य संस्थाओं के सहयोग के लिए उन्नति इंस्टीट्यूट की स्थापना की। उन्नति, नेतृत्व, सफलता और कार्यक्षमता में वृद्धि पर सेमिनार का आयोजन किया।
