Prahlad Singh Patel is a five-time Member of Parliament and has served as a Union Minister of India three times. Currently, he is the Minister of Labour, Panchayat and Rural Development in the Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Known as a pathik (traveler) and spiritual seeker, he has completed the sacred Narmada Parikrama twice barefoot—first (1994–1996) with the blessings of his revered Guru Shri Shri Babashri Ji, and again in 2005 with his wife. Both journeys were dedicated to spreading awareness about environment protection and river conservation.
