The Author

Dr. Sri Bhagavad Gita Narahari

Dr. S.B. Gita Narahari is PhD in Psychology with two decades of Counselling experience in three States of India. This is her second book in Psychology. A parental defence background and being an Indian Administrative Service Officer's wife, makes her strongly patriotic in outlook. So, she emphasises on the need to instil fighting spirit to overcome any challenges in life. Schooled in Kendriya Vidyalaya's, a pan Indian perspective is predominant in her application of psychological concepts to reality. She conceived the synthesis of an epic and psychology for easier consumption of the readers in distress. The success rate of her counselling outcome is commendable. The book is inspired from the deeply intensive purposeful conversation between Krishna and Arjuna during the war at Kurukshetra. If an all-competent warrior can have self-doubts then, anyone of us might have those too. There must be a map to know the way out of this uncertainty to certainty. Every single life matters. So, a scope should exist to know that problems may be solved. This book is one such amalgamation suggesting practical Indian way of Mentoring ourselves through our age-old wisdom. Counselling may be a household possibility through this simplified attempt to explore solutions to contemporary issues.
